Groundbreaking for the Cottonwood Fire Control Group's New Firehouse. After a few shovelfuls of dirt, Firemen Ken Farmer uncovered a horsehoe. Other firemen in the photos: Fred St. Peter, Buel Neff, Arnie Smith, Roger Hinkle, Jim Grindstaff, Tom Bennett, Norma Farmer and Fire Chief Joe Terstegge.
